(“Pyrra”, “we”, “our” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our services, including our platform and websites (e.g., https://app-v2.pyrratech.com, https://www.pyrratech.com) (collectively, our “Services”). In some cases, we need to collect your Personal Information to provide you with our Services. In these cases, if you choose not to provide the requested Information, you may not be able to use our Services. We will tell you if providing the Personal Information is required by law or under a contract and what are the consequences of failing to provide it.
a. Personal Information You Provide to Us.
Contact information. When you express an interest in our Services, subscribe to our newsletter, request a product demo, or sweep you may provide us with information such as your title, gender, name, ‘nicknames’ or aliases, email address, phone number, home address, job title, company or organization and its address, and any other information for us to conduct a sweep or enable you to get the most out of the platform (e.g., individual or organization about whom there is a security concern, and other background information). If you agree to a free trial, we will also ask you to provide a username and password to set up your account.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we collect Personal Information about you, such as your name, title, email address, phone number, your organization, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect Personal Information from you, such as your name and email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, our third-party payment processor collects and processes your payment-related information, such as your name, email, billing address, credit/debit card or banking information or other financial information.

Device Information. We receive Personal Information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.
Usage Information. We receive Personal Information about your interactions with our Services, such as the searches you build, content you view, and the dates and times of your visits.
Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. We collect publicly-available information from third party websites, such as posts on social media sites (including an individual’s username, the date and time of the post, and the content of the post) to allow customers to run queries and generate reports identifying disinformation, hate speech or threats.

Customers. We may share Personal Information with our customers, including when they run queries on our databases and we generate reports which we make available to them.

We take measures to delete your Personal Information or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when your Personal Information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it unless we are required by law to keep your Personal Information for a longer period. When determining the specific retention period, we consider various factors, such as the type of service provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, and mandatory retention periods provided by law and the statute of limitations. As standard practice, Pyrra reviews all expired contracts each quarter and removes related user information from its platform.
7. Cross-Border Personal Information Transfers
Our Services are hosted in the United States (“U.S.”). If you choose to use our Services from a different jurisdiction, you are transferring your Personal Information outside of your jurisdiction and into the U.S. for storage and processing. Please note that the data protection laws in your jurisdiction may be different than the laws applicable in the U.S.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland (“Europe”), we transfer your Personal Information outside of Europe to other countries, including to the U.S. We apply appropriate protections when we transfer your Personal Information to such countries, including by transferring Personal Information to countries which have been found to provide adequate protection by the competent authorities as appropriate (e.g., see the list of countries subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission here), using contractual protections for the transfer of Personal Information, or transferring to recipients who have adopted binding corporate rules.
